The principal idea of this study is the presentation of psychological violence in the family medium, as well as the explicit obviousness of the consequences of that, near the family members, which leads has true to an interfamilial victim typology. Although the family represents the fundamental matrices of the life, a simultaneous fusion of the couple from biological, psychological and social point of view, it can also become the place of deepest and painful of the conflicts, where the intensity of the hatred and the violence concur that of the love. The analysis of psychological violence was made by the means of the interviews of the 250 women and 150 men of urban and rural environment. The analysis goes on a population having the age ranging between 18 and 70 years, and their experiment of violence along their life and for the period 2001-2008.
