Alcohol consumption represent a wide spread habit, but few consumers become alcoholics. Alcohol temporarily cause the reduction of intrapsychic tensions, the decrease of anxiety, of phobia reactions, sadness or obsessive idea, leading to an euphoric state, representing however only a refuge (in an unreal world) by avoiding or postponing the confrontation with the real problems, the persons becoming alcohol dependent. This paper intention is to promote the eclecticism at procedure level with techniques and procedures from different therapy schools, yet based on a common theoreticintegrative, in alcoholism treatment and of course in the varied spectrum of psychic disorders.
