The forensic assistance of the patients with pathological behavioural risk has advanced from the hospitalisation in monasteries and mad houses to the hospitals specialized in psychiatry. In Romanian Criminal Low, has been appeared, in the XVllld1 century, the first low text with a protective character against the psychiatric patient. “The Low of alienated patient” has been approved in Romania at the end of XlXth century and in XXt century is mentioned ¡n the Criminal Low the security meas tire of medical hospitalization. The patients submissived to the security measure of medical hospitalization are consulted in medical units specialized in psychiatry. The patients submissived to the security measure of incumbency to the treatment benefit to medical assistance through territorial mental-health labs or psychiatric offices in polyclinics.
