Abstract:
This article contains psychopathological aspects of melancholic depression, resistant for the
therapy, insisting on the importance of the early diagnosing and proper treatment. In this research
have been elaborated therapeutic strategies, which consisted from evaluating of risk factors, choosing
of the favourable therapeutic option for correct evaluation of the evolution, avoiding of both
diagnostic and medication mistakes, and the association with psychodynamic psychotherapy.
