Abstract:
The research performed on 141 patients dependent on psychoactive substances allowed to
determine a series of factors with negative effect on the drug addiction development the mail role
among witch play the biological and psychosocial factors. Personal clinical experience demonstrated
high efficiency of the complex treatment including psychopharmacology, psychotherapy, ergotherapy,
acupuncture and activities of socio professional, socio-familial, socio-cultural etc. reintegration.
