Abstract:
Assessing the harmfulness of a person’s behaviour implies knowing the neurophysiological
mechanisms underlying the motivations, decisions and the structure itself of different behaviours. The
literature data quoted from the works of great researchers are arguments that can support the clinical
judgments elaborated by psychiatry experts for each analyzed case.
