Along with Adler, the center of gravity of the discovery of conflict, especially of the psychic conflict moves more towards the group and the society, elements that integrate the individual and that cannot be eluded from any research. The entire psychological and therapeutic view of Alfred Adler has its origins in Sigmund Freud’s work, but there are many ideas of Lamarck, Darwin, Nietzsche, Bergson and the behaviourists that, together with the American conception of “progressive education” merged in the individual psychology practiced by Adler (ADLER, A., 1995) so enthusiastically. This psychology aims to offer an original view of man and his destiny, together with a series of principles that can be turned into a powerful instrument for the influence and positive integration of man into the society. Any integration responds to a fundamental condition required by the balanced existence within a community.
