The work was effectuated at Medical-sanitary public institution Clinical Hospital of Psychiatry of Chisinau city, 100 patients with schizophrenia onset at the age till 25 years (50 male and 50 male). Results evaluation were summarized with classification of the following types with onset of schizophrenia: 1. Onset with metaphysic intoxication – 13 cases (13 %). 2. Onset with pseudo neurotic state – 16 cases (16 %). 3. Onset with pseudo psychopathic states – 13 cases (13 %). 4. Paranoid onset – 13 cases (13 %). 5. Acute onset with hallucinatory-paranoid syndrome – 37 cases (37 %). 6. Hallucinatory-paranoid onset with pseudo syndrome – 3 cases (3 %). 7. Onset with depressive symptoms – 5 cases (5 %). 1. The onset with depressive symptomatology is more typical for female sex, and the onset with „metaphysic intoxication“ is more typical for male sex. Depressive onset has, as a rule, a prognostic benign. Patients with „metaphysic intoxication“ present a lent onset, hallucinatory and absurd symptoms, evaluating into a paraphrenic syndrome. 2. Acute onset is typical for female sex, and for male sex onset evolution is lent. 3. The onset with absurd-hallucinatory symptomatology is majoritarian in both groups, and at men it is also manifested with absurd symptoms.
