Abstract:

The current presentation is regarding a complex case of psychosis at the moment of the on-set of the symptoms. The patient has a large variety of symptoms which burden to diagnose correctly the psychiatric disorder. The goal of this article is to evidence how important is to observe the evolution of the symptoms, before stating such a stigmatizing diagnosis as schizophrenia. The diagnostic was established using the latest diagnosis guide, the criterion of DSM V and our goal was to establish an adequate therapeutically conduit.
